In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "This item ships separately" or during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

For most domestic orders, your order will be shipped through Australia Post or an independent courier company. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your order ships. You will also be able to view your order status and tracking numbers in your account order history.

Orders can be shipped through Express Post upon request, please note that the additional costs must be paid prior to the shipment of the order.

Insurance

All orders will be insured against loss and/or damage for a maximum of $100.00. Additional insurance can be purchased for higher value orders.

Tracking

Your order may be shipped through a number of carriers. We will email you at the time of dispatch and advise the freight courier and the tracking number. If for some reason you do not receive this email please do not hesitate to contact us on (08) 8223 2526.   

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Fees for international shipments vary on the shipping method selected, the size and the weight of the parcel. Due to this orders placed by international customers will be emailed the exact shipping costs along with relevant insurance costs.

We prefer to ship overseas orders through insured and trackable methods, which provides cover for lost and/or damaged items. Customers have the choice of using:
