Preorder Policy

A pre-order is an item that has not yet arrived in stock but is available to purchase in advance. Placing a pre-order allows you to secure an item before its release or arrival at Mad Zombie Collectables.
Pre-ordering is particularly recommended for limited-release, highly anticipated and allocated items, as some products may sell out before they arrive. In these cases, pre-ordering may be the best way to secure your item.
Pre-Order Cancellations & Refunds
Please choose carefully before placing a pre-order. Pre-orders are considered a commitment to purchase and cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind.
If an item is cancelled or discontinued by the manufacturer or supplier and we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the affected item.
If an item is faulty, damaged or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Estimated Arrival & Release Dates
All pre-order release and arrival dates are estimates only and are subject to change.
Estimated dates are based on the best information available to us from manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers at the time the product is listed. Production delays, shipping delays, release-date changes and other circumstances outside the control of Mad Zombie Collectables may result in an item arriving earlier or later than originally estimated.
A change or delay to an estimated release or arrival date does not automatically constitute cancellation of the pre-order.
Orders Containing In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will generally be held until all items in the order have arrived and are available for dispatch.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us. Additional shipping charges will apply.
If your order contains multiple pre-order products with different estimated arrival dates, your order will generally be dispatched once the final item has arrived.
Processing & Dispatch
We endeavour to process and dispatch pre-orders as quickly as possible once stock arrives.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to manufacturing, distribution, freight, customs or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Mad Zombie Collectables. We appreciate your patience where these delays occur.
Allocations & Supplier Cancellations
On rare occasions, manufacturers or distributors may reduce or cancel stock allocations after pre-orders have been accepted. If this prevents us from supplying an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and provide a full refund for the affected item.
